This may interest you. If this case does not apply in your specific circumstances; you may want to file a new complaint.

[Many are victims of this bank]

I want to thank you for this!!!! From this and the enforcement action I got a direct number to Wells Fargo who is handing the case over (again) to their executive office. Let’s see what comes of it.

You're welcome.

OK let me know if you got anywhere. I got you the executive office & they opened a ticket. They are sending to their attorneys & will let me know next week.

I called that number and they said I had to open a claim. ["they opened a ticket"....?]

Ok that is just a way to track your case in their data base. Did they tell you they were assigning you a case manager?

Expand full comment

No. They just said to file a case. Nothing else.

I'm not sure that will work due to out of court settlement which closed the matter between the parties. It could be tricky. I'd have to review that doc. If I were to pursue; it could be in breach. Total dichotomy. Insane.

Thanks. I’m not sure I knew about this penalty I’ll take a look at it. I have filed multiple CFPB complaints over the years. They responded saying that I “wasn’t a consumer” (so I couldn’t follow complaint with the consumer financial protection bureau which is amusing even the CFPB thought that one was amusing), that I wasn’t the borrower (no I was a renter and they illegally foreclosed on my rental and then illegally tried to evict me for years)… Then they said they had “no relationship” with me which is interesting since they tried to evict me for years.

But most important is they never owned the loan. I have multiple motions that are going to be heard tomorrow, and I have laid out with certified public records that it’s impossible they ever owned loan that loan. Those are automatically admissible as evidence.

While they’ve done this millions of times, I got lucky so to speak (because I believe this was divine intervention ... I mean what are the chances that somebody who already successfully fought US Bank and has a published decision against them for fraud, was the renter in this house, and knew the law, and has the resources to fight them), and being able to prove there’s no possible way they owned that loan with public records.

That is they claimed I could not file a complaint with the consumer financial protection bureau because I was not a consumer. I look forward to when they fix this app so he can fix my talk to text typos!!

I should've hired you......good lawyers I hired got slammed. I'll pray tonight for your cause you have tomorrow. I used to own. I've yet to hear a word re the order told to wfb about restitution. I won't hold my breath. Wishing you all the best🙏💓🙏

If you are covered in that Dec 2022 order, call this number CFPB gave me: (844)484-5089 and report your claim.

I constantly get slammed Special Ed too. I’ll stay up all night multiple nights in a row to get Justice!!

What state are you in? In CA ineffective counsel is a reason to revisit your case. I am not an attorney but I’ve done a lot of different kinds of law myself and I’ve held my own vs Wells for years now. I’m going to be teaching people soon how to do that so people can protect their rights even without attorneys.

When I finally get that rolled out I’ll let people know here.

California. I'll call that number. Thanks. Supposedly, WFB was supposed to reach out to customers that were foreclosed upon. Lost house; Lost case; maybe they think I can't pursue due to the case lost. I don't know.

Outrageous! Thank you for your fight and bringing this to our attention. I have not heard/read about this before.............and I thought I was a informed citizen/voter.

Thanks - I didn’t talk about the fraud for the longest time until I won against US Bank.

I figure that prepped me for Wells.

Many of these things are things that a lot of every day Americans don’t know --yet it affected millions of people, and they’re getting ready for the next wave of land grabs.

Wells Fargo is my least favorite corporate bank due to its shady reputation along with Chase and the pharmaceutical companies and Nestle. I hope you win your complaints and lawsuit.

Thank you I figure US Bank was my training wheels!! The remaining big banks are all bad.

I'm glad to hear you are exposing Wells Fargo and taking action against them. If the government and elected officials did their jobs Wells Fargo would be broken up and its corporate officers in jail. Instead the government allows them to continue on its crime spree and victimizing people.

Not only that the government did this. Oh that’s maddening!!

By the way I’m writing about this again I’m finishing another complaint against Wells Fargo lawsuit and then I’ll come back to that article. Thanks you reminded me I need to tell people how all this happened to begin with.

Wells Fargo has been found guilty of many crimes and continues to operate with bad intentions. My mortgage was sold to Wells Fargo without my consent. I had tried to refinance my mortgage with a friend who worked for Wells Fargo but went elsewhere due to their shady dealings they wouldn't honor their own rate lock letters. I went to another lender advertised through Costco who rapidly approved my loan at a low rate but they immediately sold the loan to Wells Fargo. I am so enraged not wanting to do business with a criminal organization such as Wells Fargo. The mortgage had originated with Lehman Brothers who just disappeared yet my trust deed was in Lehman's name until the refinance. So who did Wells Fargo pay off since Lehman Brothers no longer existed?

Expand full comment

Exactly !!! No one.

That’s the problem all these big banks claim to have clients and they don’t they’re just keeping the money.

She has had success at getting horrific judges to recuse themselves. As I mentioned, I’m looking at other even more external approaches... when I refer info I’m not necessarily endorsing them, I’m sure that you understand that, it’s a holistic pursuit that entails picking through and assembling as you’ve been doing so long. Don’t give up!

Thank you I’ll check it out. Getting ready for my next article with the SVB collapse but I’m finishing a second lawsuit against Wells Fargo! That’s two at once. Yikes.

Your battle is harrowing and inspiring!

You might look at the work of Adriana Estevez in Ca. I shall have to follow this, thank you.

Thanks ... I haven’t heard of her. If you have any reference that would be great. What is her work?

Unfortunately you can’t file a bar complaint against judges in California but you can file a judicial complaint. I do encourage that.
